Space use fees and care policies

Damage fees

Fees reflect the average cost of replacement, repair, and administrative handling. Any items that are lost, not returned, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will result in applicable charges. These fees are enforced to maintain the quality and availability of shared resources for all members and guests.

After Hour Fees

Scheduled Extension (8:00–9:00 PM, with two weeks’ advance notice)  

A flat fee of $250 applies for any event that is pre-approved to extend up to one hour beyond our standard 8:00 PM closing time.

Unscheduled Overages (without two weeks’ notice)
If an event is not pre-approved for after-hours use:

  • Occupancy beyond 8:10 PM will incur a $125 late departure fee.
  • Continued occupancy at 8:30 PM will incur an additional $250 fee.
  • The total potential charge for unscheduled overages is $375.

These fees help us ensure adequate staffing, security, and cleaning for all events. 

Cancellation Fees

4th Floor Training & Event Space

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for reservations on the 4th floor must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Reservations not canceled or rescheduled at least one week in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

5th Floor Co-working & Meeting Spaces

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for reservations on the 5th floor must be made at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled meeting time.

  • Reservations not canceled or rescheduled at least one day in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
